About us
In 2019 during the Covid pandemic, we noticed a lack of grooming: temporary stores closed, dogs needing bath, haircuts, so the company emerged to serve friends/customers in the comfort of their homes. Since then, with the approval and encouragement of customers, services have been growing up every day.
As of June 2022, we started to serving Pet Pals clients on Fridays, combining home calls and in person services.
In May 2023, this partnership was expanded, we have our own Grooming Salon to proportionate even better experience for all of our clients and friends.

We offer a variety of grooming services to suit each dog‘s needs, including bathing, grooming, nails clippings, ears cleaning, brush and hair trimming. We only use quality product, suitable for each type of coat. We are always up to date with the latest grooming trend, so your dog can stay fashion and charm.

We are proudly Pet Pals’ partners, our Grooming Salon is located at the most fantastic dog Playgroups, Daycare and Pet Sitting in Boston area.
Requirements: Your dog must be up-to-date on vaccination.
Policies
Late pick up policy
- We friendly ask you to be prepared to pick up your pet within 30 minutes of being notified they will be ready to go home. We have very limited space.
- Some pets became anxious while they are waiting and we do our best to maintain a stress-free environment.
- When you drop-off, we will provide you with an approximate time that you pet will be ready. And we will contact you via the phone number you provide to us.
- Pets waiting more than 30 minutes after pick up notification will be subject to a late fee of $15.
Cancellation Policy
- We sent a reminder 2 days before the appointment, if you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask you to immediately reply to this reminder. And the no show fee ($15) it won't be applied for the next appointment.
- We will always do our best to accommodate you and your pet as soon as we can.
- All cancellation requests less than 24 hours of your schedule will be charged.

Home Calls FAQ's
How long does it take to groom my pet?
For dogs (it depends on the breed) between 1-3 hours usually.
For cats, around 1 hour (at 7am only)
What is included in the price?
Short haired dogs full grooming: Bath, teeth brushing, ears cleaning, nails clipping and grinding.
Dogs that need haircut, we do everything above, plus haircut or clean up.
What are add-ons?
They are more available services that you choose to add on the full grooming. They are charged extra.
Do you do one on one service?
We do rotation, usually we have 2-3 dogs at the same time, they’re all in the different timing of the grooming session. Per example, one dog is getting haircut, one is drying and one arriving.
Can I stay to watch my dog being groomed?
We have limited space to offer this service. Your dog/cat will be a part for just few hours, we kindly ask you to trust us, trust in our services and you’ll have your baby back fresh, clean and happy..
My dog is afraid of other dogs, what can you do?
Let us know that, and together we’ll make room for it.
my puppy is ready for its first grooming session, what would you recommend?
Puppies on their first grooming experience, usually don’t how to stay on the table, they don’t understand what we are doing, where/why we are holding..we recommend for their perfect first time just a good bath and clean up (for dogs that need haircut) and we can introduce them correctly to this new universe, and for the second time they will be more prepared and comfortable with us. Fell free to send their favorite treats.
How often should my dog be groomed?
For dogs with double coat, or that requires haircut, we recommend booking every 3 weeks, interleaving basics care and haircut. Per example, today your dog will have full grooming (bath, nails, ears cleaning, teeth brushing and brush out or haircut) in 3 weeks it will be back for bath, nails, teeth brushing and ears cleaning. Your dog it always be clean and free of knots.
For dog with short hair we recommend full grooming once every month.
What kind of dog do you groom?
All of them. We have experience with all of breeds. And all variants of haircuts.
